The Huddle

How Huddles Form

Any three or more disciples can start a huddle. Write a simple charter, choose a temporary Current‑Keeper, and meet regularly. No central permission needed.

Governance: Convergence

Decisions are made by Convergence – silence, speaking in rounds, and testing for opposition. No majority vote, no veto. Current‑Keepers serve one season, then rotate.

Dispute Resolution

Small Float – peer mediation. Huddle Hearing – full group. Council of Currents – inter‑huddle advisory. Goal is restoration, not punishment.
